Location Information
When enabled, the Platform may collect GPS and location data from authorized devices or vehicles to support dispatching, fleet management, asset tracking, reporting, and operational visibility.
The App collects precise location in the background — while the app is closed or your phone is locked — but only during an active trip you have started, so your route and hours are recorded accurately. Background location is used solely for trip tracking and is not collected when no trip is running.
